We have monitoring software on all our cloud services that notifies our on-call representative of connectivity issues.
Technical support requires an active annual support agreement with Trigram Technology. Support hours are handled Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm CST. Our tech support agents do monitor support after hours to address clients with minor issues and trigram cloud access issues.
